🏟️ Concerts in Fall/Winter 2023

Bakar on Complex
1. Bakar
Cities: Amsterdam, Berlin, London or Paris
Bakar will be touring across Europe to present his upcoming album, Halo, which will be released in the end of the month. This London native already released a few songs this year, such as the excellent Good News. Influenced by Punk Rock and Pop to Electronic, Rap and Soul, we’re looking forward to see his energy on stage.
2. James Blake
Cities: Berlin, Milan, London or Paris
The multi-talented musician, producer and singer, James Blake, will be on tour next month. His new album, set to drop on Friday, September 8th , has already released its first track: Big Hammer. With a mix of experimental production, enchanting piano melodies and electronic music, James Blake constantly surprises us and keeps us excited to see what he'll bring to his live performances.
3. 6lack
Cities: Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris or Stockholm
The R&B artist, who unveiled "Since I Have A Lover" earlier this year, is set to tour Europe, offering fans a chance to experience his latest album firsthand. Despite his gravelly voice that conveys his melancholy, there's a newfound brightness in his latest songs.
4. Thylacine
Cities: Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Paris or Stockholm
Thylacine, the French electronic music producer, is known for his unique approach to music. One example: instead of the typical remixes, he once gathered an orchestra to compose a symphony inspired by his earlier album. It is said that his live performances are a captivating blend of improvisation and electronic artistry, making him a standout artist in the electronic scene.
5. Lil Yachty
Cities: Amsterdam, Berlin or Paris
I included Lil Yachty in this list because of his last album: “Let’s Start Now”. The young rapper gained fame a few years ago because of his unique style and straightforward beats. But for his last project, he took a different direction. To have a sneak peak, listen to Say Something, one my favourite songs this year.
PS: Concerts are not limited to the cities mentioned
Bonus (for our Parisian readers)
If you’re living in Paris, catching Varnish La Piscine or Mall Grab in October, as well as Blick Bassy or Miel de Montagne later in the year, will be great musical experiences.

Thank you for reading, hope it gives you some ideas for upcoming concerts!
